Jai Alai
The state flagship. Citrus-forward, juicy hop bitterness with just enough sweetness to keep the chase. Always on tap. Always cold.
Florida craft on rotation. Cocktails built behind the stick, not from a printout. A liquor shelf that grew up. And the kind of bartender who knows what you want before you've finished saying hi.
Sixteen handles, rotating with the seasons and whatever the rep showed up with this week. Always Florida-heavy. Updated when the keg blows, not when the website remembers.

Tropical, juicy, easy. South Florida in a glass.
The cult one. Tastes exactly like the name says.
Belgian-style witbier with coriander and orange peel. Beach beer.
The approachable one. Citrus, lean bitterness, no homework required.
BOGO every Tuesday and during 3–5 PM happy hour daily.
What's actually pouring rotates with the kegs. If a specific beer matters, give us a ring at (352) 419-7909 before you drive over.
We could fill every line with West Coast IPAs and East Coast stouts and nobody would complain. But this is Florida, and Florida makes beer worth pouring. These are the rooms we keep coming back to.
The brewery that put Florida on the national beer map. Jai Alai isn't just a beer in this state — it's the default order. Big, bold, citrus-forward, built for ninety degrees and humidity. Always at least one Cigar City handle pouring. Usually two.
The brewery that proved Florida could make weird beer that wasn't just weird. Their Maple Bacon Coffee Porter has its own fan club. Hop Gun is the everyday workhorse — bright, tropical, dangerously drinkable.
St. Pete's beachfront brewery, named for the owner's three daughters. Beach Blonde Ale is exactly what you want on a Tuesday afternoon, and Bimini Twist IPA travels north well — it shows up on our rotation often.
Tarpon Springs, about an hour south. Wavemaker Amber Lager and Tropic Pressure Hazy IPA are mainstays here when we can pull them. The kind of local-state pride that means we'd stock them even if the beer were just okay. The beer is more than okay.
The brewery that never has a bad pour and never gets the press they deserve. Free Dive IPA is a clinic in restraint, Night Swim Porter the answer when somebody asks "what's the dark one?" Quiet kings.
The circus-themed brewery from down the gulf. Looks like a gimmick from the outside, but Trapeze Monk Tripel and Circus City Lager are serious beers behind the marketing. Don't let the calliope fool you.
Plus rotating guests — 7venth Sun, Wicked Barley, Motorworks, Crooked Can, and whoever else we can talk into a line. We try to keep at least four Florida taps pouring at any given time.
Eight house cocktails, recipes printed honest. Fresh citrus, made syrups, real ice. No sour mix, no sad pre-batched margaritas. If you want something off the page, tell the bartender what you like and trust them.
Stirred over a big rock, garnished with the peel, no fruit salad. The standard, done the way it should be.
Citrus Authority approved. Shaken with the egg white for the foam, then over fresh ice. Three drops of bitters on top.
Salt or no salt, on the rocks. Doubles up every Tuesday. The benchmark.
Tropical, dangerous, perfect. Built in the glass, the British Virgin Islands way.
Shaken hard for the foam. Dessert and nightcap in one. Be warned.
Named after the pizza. BOGO all Sunday brunch, 10 AM to 2 PM.
In the copper cup, the way Smirnoff intended in 1941. Spicy ginger up front, lime to close.
Watch it layer in the glass. Watch the sun go down on Courthouse Square. Order another.
Off-menu drinks are encouraged. Tell us what you like, what you're in the mood for, or just say "surprise me" — that's a real order here.
What's actually on the back bar. Not aspirational, not padded. We pour the well like it matters because for most people, it does.
Plus the back bar — bitters, liqueurs, the curiosity shelf. If you don't see it, just ask.
Not a sommelier's list. A working bar's wine card — bottles that pair with our food and pour by the glass without arguing about it.
Glass · Bottle · Mimosa Sundays
Mimosas, Bloody Marys, and Beermosas are BOGO all Sunday brunch.
